Great place to go to relax. Very soothing.

We went to the Springs at Idaho City yesterday. This hot springs is clean, friendly, looks new, showers, free lockers/towels, drinks delivered pool side, great view. They have a large outdoor swimming pool, a 12 person hot tub, personal hot tubs, eating area in heated yurts, and a steam room.The mineral content seemed just right, we like the hot tub water a little hotter. They are well staffed with friendly helpful staff. Some folks might think they are high priced, but they are so close and convenient to Boise and their service is A+, we felt they earned their money. Reservations are requested.

The location and facility are immaculate! The locker rooms were VERY clean with fluffy clean towels, a bag for your wet clothes, and staff constantly squeegeeing water off the floors. The pools are well kept and the perfect temperature.nThe staff I found to be very curt, on the verge of rude. The most disappointing part of the visit is the use of single use plastic cups (they have a very strict policy about no outside food or water so they provide you with plastic cups that they throw away) and the insistence that disposable swim diapers are used instead of reusable cloth swim diapers. You’d think that a business that depends on nature to provide, would make a better effort at minimizing waste. My family won’t go back for this reason.

So relaxing and beautiful. Great drinks and atmosphere! We will be back.
