We were very pleased with our experience Bartlett Homes. Talon was terrific. We had significant hail damage on our roof, and Talon took care of everything. He worked with our insurance company and kept us apprised of what was happening every step of the way. A representative from our insurance mentioned to me how good Talon was to work with. The actual install went perfectly. The workers were considerate and kept the site clean. They did a good job, and I really appreciate that Talon was here the entire time making sure everything went well. There was nothing negative about our experience. We couldn't be happier.
Bartlett Homes & Roofing, and Rep Garth Hanssen did an excellent job with my roof replacement. Wind damage created the need for a total tear off and replacement. Garth did a thorough inspection of the roof to determine the work needing done. Scheduling was easy, and the installation crew did a great job to complete it within a day.nCrew was efficient, was cautious of my gutters and landscaping and did a thorough walk at the end to ensure site was clean.nGarth then did a post-walk inspection to ensure everything was to expectation. He even helped reinstall my antennas which was out of scope for their work. Great guy to work with and overall I rate Bartlett very high.
This company is AMAZING! Garth H. went above and beyond with everything and was very knowledgeable about all aspects throughout the whole process. The crew was very kind and professional and our roof looks awesome! Would definitely recommend this company for any roof needs that come up.
Talon was very professional and knowledgeable and very kind. He has a very cute smile and he makes me smile. The whole process was very entertaining to say at the least. At first insurance did not cover us but Talon assured us that through his knowledge and skill set we would get covered. He came through with his promise and we got our $14,000 roof paid for only by having to pay $500 which was our deductible. The crew was very professional. We were very impressed with how they worked relentlessly and they cleaned up their mess. There were a bunch of surprises that happened to our roof and because we chose to do the insurance and go through Bartlett homes we didn’t have to suffer the cost. We highly recommend Bartlett Homes and if you ever see them at your door you should feel very lucky.
I worked with Talon Brown with Bartlett Roofing to get my roof replaced and he's awesome! I was skeptical in the beginning because everything sounded too good to be true but I'm super happy with how everything turned out. He got my roof covered under my insurance and all I had to pay was my deductible even though the insurance company was fighting him the whole way. He knows his stuff and was very helpful every time i had questions or concerns. They do excellent quality work and stand behind it. I would highly recommend Talon and Bartlett Roofing to anyone!
