Simple Suites

Pulled in off the highway to get some quick shut eye and happened upon Simple Suites. Great hotel with top notch room with clean accommodations. And to our surprise a min kitchen with cook too. Not to mention great price. Will definitely go out of the way to stay here.

friendly staff. incredible interior design. loved my room. i didnt feel like i was staying in a hotel, i felt comfortable and welcomed everytime i walked through the doors.ni also appreciated the many hand sanitizer dispensers located in all of the public/common areas. i felt safe.

Great Prices and very very close to the Airport and Downtown. Staff was great and the Hotel rooms were big, clean and had everything you need.

Comparable to Hampton Inn, but with a kitchen! Spacious rooms with full sized refrigerator and microwave, even a cooktop stove and kitchen sink and table! Priced much lower than the competitors in the area, but WAY worth the stay!

We checked in 02NOV and checked out the next day. My husband and I are from Hawaii and are currently traveling the mainland..for almost a month now and SimpleSuites’ customer service is yet the worst we’ve experienced. We booked through Hotel Tonight and when we got there, the receptionist could not find our reservation. We were in the lobby for almost 30mins trying to figure it out. We showed them confirmation and my card being charged but still couldn’t figure it out. The lady then calls her general manager and she came to try and help us. When her GM gets there, the receptionist then decides to type in “hotel tonight” in the search bar on her computer then bam! there it wasud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f She could have done that in the beginning to prevent the wait and having to call her GM down just to watch her type things in the computer. Another thing was their FREE laundry facility. They had 2 working washers and 3 dryers. An inconsiderate guest occupied all the machines and decided to sleep leaving her clothes in there all night. Myself and another guest inquired about it but nothing could be done.nThat was very upsetting for me because unlike previous hotels we’ve stayed at throughout the trip..if things were left unattended, workers would take it back at the desk then the guest would pick it up there so others could use the machines as well. SimpleSuites NEED to lay down rules in there!nOther than that..the room was very comfortable and location was great.
