Comfort Suites Airport

Wonderful hotel. Very quiet, friendly staff and I absolutely loved my jacuzzi tub. Will definitely be coming back! Can't wait for all the covid restrictions to be over so we can get the full experience of the hotel.

Staff was rude. Very lacking in customer service. Room was sub par. Beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Lots of drug activity happening in the parking lot. Not good for kids or families. Money is much better spent elsewhere. Be prepared to have to get new room keys from the front desk every day, as they randomly stopped working every 12 hours or so. Staff was untrusting when we would ask for a room key that worked. Not worth it.

Stayed for the week. Cleaning staff forgets to look up. Top of the shower was unpleasant. Didn't necessarily feel like it was cleaned for the covid era. Staff was friendly. Masks were an afterthought for the cleaning crew. I would suggest making it feel like the room is cleaner. Or better yet, clean better.

This place had fair pricing. However the room I had needed to be deep cleaned. There was hair all over the shower. The vents in the room could barely suck air because they were so full of dust. Not impressed. I stay 80+ days a year in Choice Hotels, and I rarely write a review like this.

We got put in a room right above the stairs (#216). We could hear people allllll night.nNeedless to say, we didn’t sleep well.nnAs friendly as he was, checking in was very difficult because the person at the desk was so hard to understand.nnAt least our room was clean and water was nice and warm for showers. (Reason for giving a generous 2 star rating)nnI’m so upset at the breakfast provided. “Due to Covid-19, we will not be serving continental breakfast.” Instead, we were given sack breakfasts, 1 per guest. The provided breakfast was a breakfast claw, granola bar, banana, and an 8oz water (all pictured). It would have been a perfect breakfast for a 7 year old.nI’m pregnant and the provided breakfast kept me full for only 45 minutes. (That’s being generous.)nnIf you stay here, be prepared to pack snacks of your own to get you through the morning during Covid and if there are multiple people in your room, bring your own shampoo/conditioner. There’s only enough provided in the room for 1 guest.nI’m going to the La Quinta down the road next time.
