Staff was friendly and seemed nice. Located in a sketchy area, then again I’m from New York so I’m picky. Was not impressed with the overall presentation of the room. There were white paint drippings on the curtains, the carpet definitely needs to be replaced. The beds were alright, super comfy. The window sill had a ton of dust bunnies and dead bugs on it. The bathroom door got stuck and squealed when closing it and opening it. The toilet made a loud and annoying squeal when I flushed. One of the sockets looked like it was coming out from the setting place in the wall, hotel phone was filthy. I give it a 2/5 simply because of the room itself, but the staff was nice and made check in and check out easy.
For a seedy motel in downtown Boise, can't really complain. It had a bed, a shower, and a bathroom. Not exactly the cleanest place, but in a pinch it will do.
Don’t waste your money! Pay an extra $25 and go to a nicer hotel. I asked for a nonsmoking room and my room smelled like an ashtray! My hair and clothes the next morning also smell of ashtray. The road is super loud at night on the wknd. The tv seemed to be buffering or getting a bad cable signal. Super outdated and needs to be renovated!!!
It's a good stay, while power visit ing, and not ever survive 0re longing.
For the price of the hotel and its location, I couldn't ask for a better room. No complaints. Clean and comfortable.
