It's in a poor location
Very nice and friendly staff, need urgently new carpet in the hallways , my kid's room was very nice, mine had a scent like dust from the a/c or wet cigarettes
Parking lot is shady at night (this is not a nice neighborhood of Boise which is generally safe and clean), rooms generally make you question how come this hotels has more than 2.5 stars
I stay here often as I travel for work. And they are close. Service is usually pretty ok. Part of the hotel is older and the rooms are very smoky smelling. The tower is much better. The hotel is pretty dated. Evan compared to 5 years ago when I first stayed. Rooms are not serviced daily actually every 3 days I think. But they wil provide like extra coffee packets or cups at the front desk if you ask.nBut rates are fair for what you get.
We had to evacuate the hotel due to fire alarms going off. Fire trucks were in the property for safety measures. No harm done thankfully....
