Evergreen Suites

This place was advertised to me when I moved here as student housing , however I didn’t live with one student , just older men in their 40’s who were very anti social and strange . Almost felt like a half way house . Don’t let the price and the location fool you , the land lord Marcos never turns up the heat in the winter so the rooms are like jail cold . There are bugs and ants always in my room , and the appliances are old literally from like the 200 b.c. Oh not to mention there is coin operated laundry inside each apartment so these penny pinching landlords can get every last dime out of you . Also, there is one router that powers the whole building , so good luck with connecting to the internet , I had to use my hot spot on my phone to do homework for school ... oh and for BSU football games , you are kicked out of your own parking lot to allow for the land lord Marcos to charge people to park there . So he makes you park someware on the street in the neighborhood ... no friends are allowed past 10 in the parking lot either or they will get a stupid little note on their car from yours truely (Marcos ) . If you like to live a lonely antisocial life with your roommates and bugs crawling around everyware , not to mention the awesome McDonald’s WiFi , then come on down to Evergreen suites , where the price of rent increases little by little every year . And you live with a bunch of crazy 40 a year old men who aren’t students at all . DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

If it wasn't for this place, I would not have been able to move to Boise! Room for rent at reasonable prices!
