For me, first impressions are everything. After a day where nothing seemed to go right, Brandon (the young man at the desk) greeted me with not only a friendly smile, but seemed to go above and beyond with his level of service, care and concern. After handing me my room keys, for the first time in a long day, I felt at home, and at peace.nThis commitment to service carried over the next morning with Melonie, the GM, going out of her way to handle a billing issue, making me again feel at ease and at home.nI spend a lot of time on the road. I have NEVER witnessed a team who took time to go ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make sure I felt comfortable , to make sure I felt at home. I'm not a frequent traveler of this Hotel. But the level of service and commitment they gave, made me feel like a VIP.nNot only have Melonie and her team turned me in to a Loyal customer, but an advocate for La Quinta and Wyndam Rewards. Cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. We got our room and found evidence that cleaning people have been there... and left a lot untouched (like the line of children's face prints across the mirrors and furniture). Employees about 50% in masks, less masked effectively. And your complimentary breakfast is a gluey muffin, string cheese, and a fruitcup.

It was a convenient location to stop on our way to Portland Oregon. The room was clean and comfortable. Knowing that many people have been there with their dogs, it was impressively clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Pet friendly. Couple brief dog barks late in the evening or in the morning. But that's the expected tradeoff for being able to stay with your pet. Clean perfectly acceptable room. Will stay here again driving from Oregon to Colorado or back with the dog & cat again.
