Hilton Garden Inn Boise Downtown

Super clean, spacious double queen room with white towels! Open indoor pool and jacuzzi was good relaxation bonus.nnCons: I didn’t like that they charge $15 for parking and about 15$ taxes...additional to the room charges... Plus $50 deposit....nAlso the floor of our room #225 was shaking crazily especially next to the window.

This is a good place. Seems newer. We booked it through Expedia. I didn't know that there were two different room charges. One with Breakfast and one without. Anyways, I guess we got one that is without. The breakfast at the hotel I would say is pretty expensive. I believe it was like $13.99 plus tax per person. We went elsewhere in Downtown. Although it has good access to the free way, if you are alight sleeper, this is not for you. Too much noise coming from the outside especially cars accelerating for the free way. Overall good, but because I'm a light sleeper and prefer quite nights, this isn't for me. Plus additional charge for parking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby area, wide open spaces. The room we stayed in was super clean and comfortable. Coffee, two water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and sanitation supplies were provided. The pool and hot tub was clean, I was glad we were able to reserve an hour at the pool during the coronavirus pandemic. Loved our stay!

The evening front desk was nice, room was clean, poor noise insulation between floors. My main frustration lies in that my husband and I were working out and kicked out due to no appointment. Not only were we not told we needed an appointment by any staff member, but there is not any signage anywhere indicating an appointment is needed. The front desk was less than helpful when we tried to resolve the issue.

Super clean and amazing staff. The food here is really nice too. Be prepared to pay some for parking, as it is right downtown, but there are tons of places within walking distance.
