LOVE visiting this Hotel whenever I'm in town! From the moment you enter, you're greeted with great customer service at the front desk. The grounds are always meticulously maintained at all times. Employees are always attentive, courteous and make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend eating at Garduno's and having one of their coconut margaritas. This place is top notch, I'll be returning in the future.

Honestly, I was expecting more than what was the reality of when I got there. The hotel is tall and vast and when you step into the lobby it is absolutely beautiful and captivating and feels a lot like the culture in New Mexico. But that excitement quickly dwindled upon entering the elevator and then up to the hotel floor and into the hotel room where, while semi cozy, it is clear that this establishment is due for renovations on the inside. Had I known the rooms would have modeled and still fashioned in the late 90s early 2000s Decour and comfort level I would have chosen the hotel next-door. What I found most infuriating was that the hotel restaurant advertises that it was open from 4 PM to 10 PM. Each time I called to make an order around 9 PM I was told at the restaurant was getting ready to close. One evening I went down there and it was actually closed at 9:40. That was disappointing. It was advertised that the Jacuzzi was working, which was something else I was looking forward to, just to find out that it was closed due to maintenance issues. The grounds of the hotel externally are really captivating but I would strongly suggest if you want a more pristine, luxurious and real five-star experience to stay somewhere else. Also, every single time we used our key upon coming back in for the night, it was deactivated and we had to go downstairs and get it reactivated. We did not have it near phones and this was VERY frustrating to have to do three nights in a row.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very well-maintained. It was also close to nearby food and things to do with such a stunning view. Took one star off because the beds were just not comfortable. The mattress felt very old.
