I will NEVER stay here again. I booked a room a day prior.. Not only are the rooms dirty, but when I arrived they did not have my room. Then they upped the price to my room BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY ROOM AVAILABLE. Then why make a reservation? Don't offer your guest to make reservations if 1 you do not reserve the room or 2 you do not honor the price reserved. I was not at fault for you not saving my room, the price I booked my original room for should have still been honoured. When I called the manager the next day I spoke with the assistant manager, she did nothing. She helped in NO WAY. She placed me on hold for a few minutes then came back and said the $10 charge was because there was two ppl in the room. I assure you I was alone the whole night ... So whoever they saw, they were not with me.

Really hate to do it.. But bed bug city in most of these rooms. If you stay here id recommend staying one night and not bringing in any suit cases. I stayed multiple nights and would up with a ton of bites and the bugs decided to tag along with me when I left by hiding out in my belongings. Not cool.

Homeless encampments surround the entire hotel. got asked three different times for cigarettes money and to use my phone. Non-smoking room smell worse than a casino. It's a real dump but I guess in a pinch it will work.
