Casita Mariposa

When I walked in the patio defiantly didn't look like the pic on the airbnb. I know it's not summer but they could of swept the patio. The casita smelled like roach spray. Fireplace listed as a amenity is not a traditional working fire place , it's fireplace with candle holder and melted candles no wicks. As matter of fact all of the candles in the casita are melted no wicks. several outlets have no covers and place didn't smell clean. The caulk around the tub is CRACKED no heat in the bathroom so the toilet is always cold... have to let water run over 3 min for warm water. Pillows in the bed room are stained and flat. Kitchen & bathroom floor need to be cleaned. Fan in bathroom is super loud Single payne windows in the living room make it very drafty. Turned heat up to 80 in bedroom and shut the door for 3 hours and the room is still cool. There's are two portable radiators one is broken the other warmed up gave off very little heat it was on the highest setting had to sit directly in front to get warm. The futon is worn and flat. The chair and futon are both vinyl and cold when you sit. Bedroom closet door is off the hinges I am not sure how this place has so many great reviews will dispute charge and request full refund. This review will be posted on google & Yelp not airbnb website for obvious reasons. Wifi was fine until I filed complaint this property is not as nice as photos on Airbnb.
