I mainly want to share my gratitude for the gentleman at the front desk- Justin. Not only was he very accommodating to my brother and I who walked in at 10pm on a Friday evening, but he was very pleasant, personable, and had a smile on his face (under the mask) the whole time. He reassured me that my car would be safe and was just overall one of the most kind and obviously hard working people I’ve ever met working at a hotel. Thank you so much Justin, I can’t express my appreciation enough. You represent the Crowne Plaza phenomenally.
Older property, the staff was amazing. Standard rooms do not come with a refrigerator, also my sure did not hmm. The bathroom is small and the tub is as slick as a greased pig so watch out.

This is supposed to be the Crowne plaza a 4 star hotel. When I got in the room it smelled like animal urine. So I had to change rooms immediately. The room did not have the advertised amenities. The lobby was nice but the hallways and rooms were very dingy and dirty looking. The couch in the room had major stains and a hole. I was willing to pay more for a hotel I thought was going to be very clean and top notch. This place needs a makeover and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. My 2nd room had a dirty bathroom with someone else's hair still in the shower. The curtains leading to the balcony were ripped up and the refrigerator in the room did not work. I am afraid to lay down in here. This place is horrible. I do have pictures to back up all complaints.
The front desk guy was friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean.
