Ambassador Inn Albuquerque

Horrible. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Pictures are false advertisement. This place should be out of business. Dirty, smelly, noisy.

This is the most grungy nastiest place you could ever find. The service was horrible! No one was ever at the front desk when you need them. Avoid this place and go to embassy suites. It's more expensive but at least you get what you pay for. Go find a bridge to sleep under because the homeless you might come across are nicer than the staff!

The Priceline website says a microwave is one of the amenities, however, there is not one in the room. I was told it is in a room beside the check-in counter. The Priceline website says there would be a free breakfast. There was only coffee. When I went to use the microwave at 6:15 am the door to the room was locked. There was also a gate in front of the counter so those who would like to check out before 6:30 am would not be able to do so. Also, the employees did not wear masks.

Well i reserved the room at $45 and when i went to check in they said i had to pay $65 plus $40 deposit. So i paid it anyway. Get in the room and it had a really bad smell, and the refrigerator was full of mold. I went and complained and they did give us a different room that was much cleaner. Night was quiet and i was given the refund on my deposit with no additional issues.
