Ridgeline Bike & Ski

Amazing service. We just recently outfitted my wife with skis, bindings and boots and I bought a new snowboard, we are going back for a bike and the rest of our winter gear. The service was top notch and a very enjoyable experience, looking forward to supporting them in the future. Jeremy the owner took the time to make sure my wife had ski boots that would be comfortable for her. It's fun to shop when all the guys in the store are great to work with. See you guys soon.

What a great shopping experience! My hubby and I went in to purchase new skis, boots, snowboard, etc. The staff was warm and friendly and so knowledgeable. The owner, Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I had comfy and appropriate gear. We came back a few days later to purchase a bike for my husband. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to shop for ski and bike gear.

Love this bike store! They know their stuff. Jeremy the owner was very helpful in helping my wife and I find the right bike that would allows us to really enjoy all that Boise has to offer. Jake and Spencer were also super helpful on educating me on how to properly care for our new bikes. We absolutely love our stump jumpers.

Came in to buy a kids helmet, was immediately met by the owner who took the time to learn my kids name, fit it correctly, and teach me all about helmets. The price was reasonable, lots of options to choose from, and the service top notch. I visited the TREK store this week and felt snubbed by their ego, these guys at Ridgeline are down to earth experts willing to jump in and help. I'll be back!

I couldn't be happier with my new Specialized Stumpjumper mountain bike. I was overwhelmed but immediately upon entering the store Jeremy put me at ease and he and the other staff gave the best customer service ever. Jeremy took a lot of extra time to make sure the bike was the exact right fit for me and had me try out all the features right there so I was comfortable with them. He even fitted me for a saddle that will make the riding even more comfortable. I couldn't be more excited about my new bike and can't say enough about how experienced, low-pressure and professional the staff were. Thank you Ridgeline!
