My husband purchased a bike from Tyler at Reed cycle and they’ve been nothing but wonderful! They remember our names and are honest and helpful. The turn around on service has been great. They stayed open a bit late for us as we were driving into town last hours to pick up a bike and have always been happy to help and never pushy, like other bike salesmen. My next bike will be purchased here!

The staff at reed cycle are awesome, friendly and professional (especially Taylor and Bill). They remember your name and always seem eager to help. I bought a Yeti sb130 July 2020 and couldn’t be happier with how well this bike climbs and descends yet still has a playful feel. I have ridden this bike hard and it has required some minor maintenance (due to a couple small crashes) but the staff at reed cycles has done a excellent job at keeping the bike riding smooth.

The best thing about the Reed's Cycle second store is I no longer have to go 7 miles to get to the top shop in Boise. Been a customer since they started up years ago in the original tiny shop in Eagle. Even as they have grown they have kept up the high quality service, fair pricing and rider focused outlook. Bill and Tami and now their kids run exactly the type of friendly local bike shop cyclists love. Plus, as Boise's Yeti dealer they have the best dirt machines you can get

I live in between the Boise and Eagle Reed Cycle locations and use both shops. These guys have been fantastic. I bought a Yeti SB100 from them and I have taken the bike in on several occasions to address a few break-in issues, as well as some issues caused by my own hand. No questions, no judgement, they just ask what I need and get it done, free of charge. Not only that, but they are patient with my questions and take time to explain the bike's mechanics to me. These guys have what it takes to be a top-notch bike shop. Thanks for all you do, guys!
