Nice job with the introduction to E bikes. I appreciate the time both Kevin and Ryan spent with this introduction. I also appreciate the literature that has answered some basic questions. I don't intend to purchase an E bike until late Spring 2021, if then. It's winter her in McCall, ID, and regardless of the fat-tire capabilities, I plan to use the time to learn more about E bikes. Thank you for your time. I will contact you next Spring for another demonstration before I purchase any E bike.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable and answered the questions I had, not only about the equipment but riding the local trails also. Can't wait to get my bicycle in a couple weeks.

Easy rental process and great service. My 81 year old aunt was given thorough instructions and got to test it out first. I tested it out as well - the bike was SO FUN!

We visited from out of state and decided to rent e-bikes to visit the greenbelt of Boise. I believe his name is Ryan...(im awful with names tho) he was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions before and after our ride. He taught us how to operate the bikes and definitely made the whole experience at the store very pleasant! I would definitely come back hands down!!!

The salesman was great! Explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. Loved the rental bike I was able to use as a test ride. A great experience overall!!
