SureStay Hotel by Best Western Albuquerque Midtown

Large group of people stayed in the room next door and were smoking pot all night. Contacted the front desk twice. Both times I was told that a note was written. They are good about writing notes but if you want a place where you can get to sleep before 2am go elsewhere

Booked online and checked in after hours. Instead of letting me in to check in at the front desk, I had to check in through an exterior window with the screen punched out slightly. They asked me if I wanted a non-smoking room and I said yes. Instead of letting me in to go to my room, I had to walk around the building to get in. Got to my room and it smelled like cigarettes and had an air purifier running. I called the front desk and told them I would not be staying.

Great price. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would stay again

If I had the option to go back in time i would have never stopped in Albuquerque. So many crackheads. This hotel is a couple blocks from where some bad ones were. The room was really clean and the beds were comfy. But dont stop in this city just keep driving.

Rooms were ok, was inexpensive, sign said they had waffles for breakfast, when I asked about breakfast was given a paper bag with a granola bar, juice box, and an oatmeal cookie.
