We needed gutter cleaning and repair because water was getting behind gutters and running down walls or under soffits. They sent out our contact guy to give us a bid the next day. He was nice and professional and ensured if the repair didn't fix the problem they would make sure to fix it. We accepted the offer and got scheduled for repair the following week in late November. The repair and cleaning went quickly. The following day I got three calls and was sent another guy to the house to get payment. I was unavailable and not at home, and just assumed a bill would be sent. Instead I had to verify I had sent an electronic payment to our original contact guy. Finally got rain in December and realized the leak in one portion of the gutters, which was our biggest concern, was not fixed and was still leaking. I called and texted our contact to let him know the issue had not been repaired. Another three or four days passed without any call, so I called the main office. The told me that our contact didn't work there anymore, but they would get someone out to look at it. The next day they sent another repair guy, professional and nice, who said it needed a repair but with holidays would call us the following week to schedule a repair. He never called back so again in the second week of January I called the office to see what happened. The office then finally got the repair guy out who finally fixed the issue. Overall satisfied, but wish that after paying for the bill they would have had as much concern for their customer satifaction as they did before payment was already in hand and tie up jobs despite employees leaving.

They don't return phone calls or emails

The young man who installed our new gutter communicated kindly and clearly. He was open to discussion about a creative solution to a difficult guttering situation. I appreciated that he took care to NOT squish my newly budding wile flower seeds.nI love watching the torrent of rainfall as it bypasses my garden via the great new gutter.nThank you!
