Darcy and Doris at the front desk we're so kind to my family during our recent evacuation from fires in Oregon. They were patient, responsive and generous. It was clearly a very busy time for them, but they never let their smiles faulter. Thank you so much for helping us to make the best of a very bad situation. We are eternally grateful.

I feel like this tells you all you need to know about the quality you should expect. I would rate it higher but the fire panel being in trouble lowered my rating. Avoid room 423 as of the date of this post.nnETA: Day three was when I found picture 2. Requested turn down the next day. Day five was picture 3, and day seven was when the toilet backed up. No picture attached. Would rate 0 stars if that were possible.nnFire panel is normal.

Awful is the best description of our stay here. We stayed 3 nights and each night required a call to the front desk due to the noise outside our window. They placed us on the ground floor near the basketball court. We won't stay here again and would encourage you to stay elsewhere or get a room on one of the upper floors.

A great place to stay, especially if you're with a group as I was.
