Loved the pool here! Pool was very clean, as was the poolside! Pool guy is sexy as hell too. Definite bonus!!

Iv lived here for years but over the years management has become a pain I can’t have a car in MY parking spot that is broken down or my kids bikes out in the yard next to the shed because they say it makes the place looks bad. Also if you have guest over and they park their cars in front of the house for even 30 min while you talk they will call a tow truck. Prices have sky rocketed in rent also.

Clean manufactured home neighborhood with easy navigation of the park and an outdoor swimming pool for residents in the summer. The rates are not too bad as trash and sewer are included. Power is paid through tenant and I recommend that you own the house and rent the lot.

The management is absolutely terrible! Their rules are worse than anyplace I have ever lived! I own my own place and should be able to live my life in peace but not here!! Avoid this place if at all possible!
