Ponderosa Park

We've been living here for a year and love it! The park has a very thorough screening process. And I think this contributes to having great neighbors and a well kept park. The management and office staff are pleasant and easy to work with.

The management is rude, and almost impossible to work with, you maintain your property according to what they want, not what you want. Selling your property is at best a nightmare and subject to ridiculous rules and demands, the managers are also unethical and manipulative. I would strongly advise people not to buy in that park.

Quiet, low traffic residency area.
