I love our senior park! The residents are the very best friends anyone could ever ask for. Before I retired, I could leave for work and never worry about my husband being alone. Everyone watches out for one another.nOur park manager is always willing to help when and where needed. Thanks, Brad!

The California management company is destroying seniors lives and trying to force them out of their homes by raising rates to unacceptable levels and imposing ridiculous building codes on houses already owned and paid for.

Great experience looking at this park! Manager is very friendly and helpful. Also the mobile home park is very nice and clean.
