SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise West/Eagle

Nice rooms, staff friendly. We parked around the back as instructed by the staff to be close to our room. Young man standing by the door openly smoking Marijuana like no big deal. Don't have any against use but damn be discreet about it

This place is pricey but amazing. Room is clean, very spacious. Beds were amazing. The pool was great for the kids. Staff was very friendly. I forgot my toiletry bag in my husbands work truck and asked the front desk for some essentials, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and a comb. The front desk personal didn't give me weired looks or judged. She was very pleasant to talk to.

Stayed here for 1 night on the way to Yellowstone. Excellent stay! Room was spacious and very clean. The pool area well kept and good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good variety of grab and go breakfast options.

Solid, clean, comfortable place. Staff always nice. Visited during Covid; thought they did a good job: everyone wore masks, not crowded, 1 family in the elevator at a time etc.nnAssuming Idaho doesn't perpetually re-infect itself, this is a great place to stay

The worst stay ever! The room was very expensive, the garbage was not emptied, only one water glass, the towels were thin and scratchy, the breakfast was in a paper bag with a tiny little cold burrito (no microwave to warm it up), when we came back to our room 9 hours later it was not made, upon questioning this oversight we were informed that they do not make up rooms that are occupied for two nights, no notice of this in our room, nor when we checked in. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone! A total waist of money and very big disappointment !
