Great community great people

Unfortunately, to live here is to truly be under a military ran base * is what comes to my mind first when I think about it. In my opinion, you may own the home but the land it's on you will most definitely learn is their ruling thumb in this park.nYou'd think perhaps making more income by charging for the 'extra' space they have next to the pool but instead lot increases have continued over the last 10 years a minimum of maybe 7 times ..?nnIt's sad that opinions such as the one you're reading right now has to even be the basis of learning but the options are so massive we gain knowledge by other's. Wouldn't it be nice if maybe we could be just a bit more forgiving of other's and their actions since after all.. haven't we all been there in some design or another?nn* This opinion is solely based upon my views and observation. Well maintained park, community of age 55+, nicely landscaped, swimming pool, and manager on site.

The owners of this park obviously stopped caring a long time ago. Trash is always over flowing. Laundry room is abandoned and rotting on site. I dont live here but I know people that do and they have nothing but complaints about the owner. Overpriced and under matenaced. Oh and the speed bumps are ridiculously over sized and killer on you car. Careful driving through.
