I have just purchased a new e-bike from George’s on State Street. I am a returning customer and have always loved this store and the people that are working there. This time I had a great experience. I need customer fitting and wanted the bike to fit a certain way. The bike is perfect. It feels great. It is a comfortable ride and is even better than what I expected with all the adaptations they made to make the fit correct. The service here is the best of any bike shop I have ever worked with and they went out of their way this time to accommodate customers with their new Covid standards.

From the minute I stepped foot in the store I felt like a part of the family.nnThe team at George's take customer service to a whole other level.nnWhat I appreciated most was their honesty. I called many stores in the area and described the issues I was having with my bike.nnMost did their best to give accurate pricing whereas the team at George's cut straight to the chase.nnWhen I took my bike in, Thomas worked his magic and within minutes what looked like a serious problem was solved.nnIn addition to their professionalism and handy work, their customer service was on point.nnI inquired with Reg about getting some shoes for my wide feet and he worked diligently and scoured the net to find the perfect pair to suit my needs.nnNo doubt I'll exclusively use George's Cycles as my go to in the future for all things Mountain Biking.

This was my first experience of discrimination, for not being able to wear a face mask.nI will never give or recommend their business again! I took my $$$ purchase somewhere else.nOur real power is where we spend our money. That is where we get our voices heard.

If you go here, talk with Frank. He was very knowledgeable, informative and REALLY wanted to make sure my wife got the bike she not only liked but that fit her well. Also did a really good job letting us know about how to maintain our bikes and that there was a 1 year service for the bikes for any necessary adjustments which was something the guys I talked to never told me about. The rest of the staff that I dealt with....not so much. Just make sure you talk with Frank if you go there.
