Eagle Bike Shop

These guys have earned my business this year. They have made good on all their quoted times and communications, which was very appreciated this year with all the covid craziness. They definitely stand behind their products and have taken care of me after the sale helping me with suspension questions and a faulty derailleur. I do recommend them and will continue to do business with them.

Suggest Reed Cycle in Eagle over this particular bike shop! Took my bike (that was in pretty good condition at that) in for a tune up; their tune up price quoted was $100 plus any parts needed. End cost was $110. before tax. My husband took his older bike in to Reed Cycle today; their charge for a tune up is $60! Plus these guys are friendly, very willing to help and there's just a very different ambiance to this shop than Eagle Bike shop. We would definitely go back to this shop - try them; you won't be disappointed!

I had an exceptional experience at this shop. Tried their big-name competition down the street and was very disappointed. I went in to EBS and was promptly shown the exact part I needed. I went home and installed, had a bit of trouble (my fault). Took it back and they corrected the problem, used a part they had sitting on the bench in back, and didn't charge me anything. Not only that, they were very friendly in doing so. I highly recommend this shop if you want quality service without being made to feel like a dope.

Worked with Cody and Eddie. Got recreational bikes and accessories for myself and my daughter. Cody was wonderful, patient, the team there helped us with everything from selecting appropriate bicycles to attaching water bottle holders to installing bells and wheel protection. They even delivered the bikes to me in Meridian and provides ongoing care services and connections to keep our bikes running well for as long as possible!
