Rite Aid

A few years ago when I got medicine from the pharmacy, it was a good experience and I liked the store. However I have been calling them a significant amount all week and have only gotten a hold of somebody twice who said they would transfer me but never did… So I was unable to communicate with the pharmacy which was frustrating because I didn’t have time to physically go in and work out my situation which involves multiple things. I’m not sure if their phone just isn’t working… But in conclusion the pharmacy is impossible to get a hold of if the store even answers. I haven’t been inside in a while but I liked the atmosphere when I was there last time and had a heartwarming experience with a man who couldn’t afford his medicine.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are always super helpful and friendly. Wait times in the drive thru tend to be longer than ideal, but overall, this is my favorite pharmacy.

I love this store and I’ve saved a lot of money by shopping there and using my Wellness card. I buy my vitamins, Love Nature’s Origin peppermint oil for my hair! There are always great deals on paper products and candy! Also get all of my prescriptions there/ love Scott the pharmacist, the techs and Michelle up front. Great customer service and if I have a question Scott always takes the time to answer them!

I love the store staff they are very nice and helpful. But the Pharmacy staff are very unhelpful and Have poor Sales Etiquette except the Pharmacist him self. The Pharmacist is very Polite and very informative.
