The hotel was clean and set up to support social distancing. The front desk staff members were friendly, efficient, courteous, informative, and helpful and checked with us a couple of times during our stay to see how things were going and to encourage us to let them know if there was anything we needed in order to make our stay as good and comfortable as possible.nnThe room was a very nice suite with a single king bed. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The bathroom and shower ud83dudebf were nice. I liked the in-room coffee ☕ maker. My wife loved that they had hot chocolate.nnDue to our brief stay, we weren't able to make use of the pool, the exercise room, or the nearby walking trail.nnWe hope to return again in the future.nnWe were very pleased and recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at the Oxford Suites. Shane and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever experienced. And you can’t beat the price point with the inviting view of the Yakima River. We will return and next time, we are bringing the dog!

Stay here a ton when we go to visit our family in Yakima and we love it and will never choose another hotel when visiting Yakima. Always 5 stars. Love the jetted tub rooms and views of river and how they let you pay a little extra and you can bring a pet ud83dude07 and awesome breakfast with stay! Very pleased! Only thing I'd maybe request is maybe stash a couple extra pillows in the closets but hey I'm not complaining lol I'm just to shy to call the front desk at certain times ud83eudd23 an think it'd be a nice thing for people with kids for sure lol. But the beds are comfy even without a pillow so not complaints at allud83dude0e

This place is awesome. Clean with great staff and a good location. Close to fast food and restaurants. Also walmart is across the street. Great views of the river. 10/10

Nice rooms and overall feel for the hotel. Modern aesthetic, good amenities and they are handling COVID19 well, in my opinion.
