I work in the area every Thursday and every time I stop by in the morning the store manager comes 10 -15 minutes late to open the store. I feel that she is very irresponsible because people are standing around and wondering if store will open at all. In addition I’m late for work because of it.

Never knew a pharmacist who wouldn't read the paper that told them the answer with such overly slow service. Miss, I dont know the answer, i'm just dropping off the script. Read if the doctor checked the box that says generic or brand. I don't know, I just need the medication. Also never have I met a rider pharmacist. I'll be changing my location which is a shame because this one is the most convenient

I've literally never been treated more poorly by a staff than at the pharmacy of this location. They don't listen, they aren't empathetic, they do not care about helping people get their prescriptions, they don't return phone calls and, for the first time in my life, an employee actually hung up on me today.nI cannot believe the treatment that I've had several times in this store.nMy advice: find ANY other CVS. The folks behind the counter here are AWFUL. Also it's always dirty and things are usually out of stock.

Pharmacist rudely told me “drop off are closed” because the pharmacy closes at 8. It was 8:02. People in line for pickup were shocked.
