While this Riteaid may look neglected, the staff makes up for it. First off, the Pharmacy is friendly, professional & always there to answer a question. I left CVS years ago...those poor Pharmacists look overworked, underpaid & it shows. Never have I met a group of miserable & rude individuals. I digress...nThe other staff members are just as friendly. Corporate should take a look at this location. Their staff should make them proud.
This Rite Aid is the neglected foster child of local Rite Aids. The stock is lesser than other Rite Aids in terms of volume and variety, the cashier is often away from the register, and on multiple occasions the employees decided to close the store 10 minutes early. I would only use this Rite Aid when shopping at the Acme(which happens to be the underachieving bastard son of local Acmes, maybe the entire shopping center sucks?). Due to the hours this is probably not a good Rite Aid to use as a primary location for Rx services, considering there is a 24/7 Rite Aid in Ardmore West.
