Good luck getting anyone remotely competent on the phone or in the store. They are a perfect example of why mail in orders are going to make in store pharmacies obsolete. I have yet to figure out how to get prescriptions mailed and after being on hold with the store for 20.15 minutes, I hung up. The only way to do business is to go into the store, wait in line, and pray one of the pharmacists isn't too busy to help you. Mike has been helpful but the rest.....well, you were warned.
