I came to pick up a prescription last week and have been on edge about what happen doing that visit every since.nThe assistance was in a aisle and the pharmacist was behind the counter. I believe the assistant was on a break or something. As I waited to be waited on the assistance came and asked the pharmacist if she needed any help. The pharmacist stated no and then she asked my if I was picking up. I told her yes and gave the birthday date. She looked for the prescription for a few minutes and came back with a bottle of medicine and handed it to me. Then without looking at the bottle a gave it back to the pharmacist and stated that this wasn't for me. I'm here to pick up a birth control pack. She proceeded to take the medicine back and look for my actually prescription this time. She went back and forth from the medicines and the computer. She eventually gave up and pick a birth control pack from the shelf and gave it to me. I was disturbed by this because I don't recall her doing anything in the system to correct the situation regarding missing pack. She just rung me up and I left. Hopefully it's not that easy to just pull medicine off a shelf and give more out at will especially narcotics.nPlease look into thisnnapprox 5/26/20.........If you need any further information such as my name, approx time and etc feel free to send me and email.

Every person in this pharmacy needs to be FIRED!!!! The fact that I have to constantly call the customer service hotline in order to reach the store is RIDICULOUS!!! I just had a c section and I’m sending people to get my medicine and they’re all extremely rude. And once again the hospital sent my medication over but they received NOTHING!!! I never had this issue at any other location besides this one. I swear if my medicine was life or death I would die due to the incompetence of this staff! Someone needs to be fired ASAP!!

5 stars cuz it's got a parking lot in the city.

I went in here to get my flu shot for my job. It was the first year I have ever in my life gotten a flu shot. I went in it was seamless. Insurance paid for it. I waited about 7-12 minutes. Then a young lady came out with the syringe. I removed my arm from my shirt and then she stuck me in the upper left arm and squeezed the needle. It stung a little but soon faded. I received paperwork of my visit and I was on my way. Easy!! Get yours I guess!?

Some of the employees is very insensitive and thouhtless with the wrong attitude toward paying customer's inconsiderate and disrespectful manner
