The night shift pharmacy does not answer the phone. And when they finally answer they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. This is ashame. How are people supposed to get refills.
The store hours and pharmacy hours display online and at the location as 8am-9pm. At 8:30pm last night I went into the store to pick up my medication. The cashier said they were close. I asked I cannot pick up my prescription? He turned to a lady in the back to ask. She was talking under her breath on a little rant saying customers need to be here by 8. If the location hours are 8am-9pm, your register should be open up until 10mins before closing not shutting down 30mins early. I dislike this location and will never step foot in it again.
No ATM machine there anymore. :(
They let me use the bathroom and its clean buy something.
I love the service I receive from this particular rite aid. The customer service is excellent!
