Someone reported this pharmacy as the slowest he has ever seen. He’s exactly right. In all my years of shopping at cvs, I have never seen anything like it. My son’s prescription was accidentally called in to this cvs and I will make sure I never get another rx filled here. Wow....

Horrible. God help you if you need to get a flu shot for your family of four. They will not allow you to sign up for one time slot for all four family members. I'm supposed to receive texts about Rx refills - never do. Instead, they insist on calling our landline, which we haven't used in years. Pharmacy techs are clueless. Do NOT fill prescriptions here. I have yet to have an interaction with a pharmacist that it cordial, attentive or kind. They do not make eye contact, act like you are on their last nerve always and do not give you the time of day. I CANNOT stand the service that I have received at this pharmacy time and time again and now fill prescriptions elsewhere. They need to get their acts in check.

I have been trying to get perscription filled at the Pharmacy for the past 5 days and after Doreen one of the pharmacist spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance company on 12/10 they figured out the issue. However it required updates by a 3rd party. I went into the pharmacy today, 12/11 to pick up the script and then I asked Carolyn to check my insurance to see if it was updated. She proceeded onto another task and when she came back to me. I asked again if she could check on my insurance as their was an issue and my claim was getting denied and I mentioned Doreen had worked with my insurance company to identify the issue. She told me Doreen would be in in 15 mins. I asked if she could check to see if the insurance information was okay, she asked who the scrip was for. At that point, I asked for my card back and said I would check in later when Doreen was on shift. The WORST customer service by Carolyn, I will never go to the pharmacy when she is at the counter. Kudos to Doreen!
