My Doctor called a Rx in On Monday. Three days later it still was not filled. I was told to come back in fifteen minutes. I went back the next day. AND IT STILL WAS NOT FILLED. the lady at the window did not apologize or anything. I had to come back. To pick up my Rx. This is unbelievable.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They don’t answer the phone, ever. I recently called and was on hold for two and a half hours before I hung up - and I took a video of my phone to prove it. Two days ago, a Friday, I went to pick up a prescription that my child’s doctor had called in on Monday, and it still wasn’t filled. When I asked how that was possible, the woman at the pickup window said, We’re behind a few days. Four days behind? For an inhaler?! And she didn’t apologize, she just walked away. Awful.

Called the pharmacy twice. On hold for over 45 minutes. Both times. No one ever answered the phone

Scheduled a flu shot. Upon arrival had me wait 20 minutes and then told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. Cancelled and went to CVS on Lancaster where the experience was stellar from step one with a greeter at the door to getting my flu shot in a few minutes

Great customer service Keisha always helpful and tell me about current sells. Pharmacy is very organized and friendly.
