This is the worst CVS around. Who ever is running this location should be fired immediately. The most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. I will never shop at this location again. Hopefully someone educated and professional reads this that can make this a better store. They are completely rude and leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. In fact your lucky if they pick up the phone at all. Unbelievable

Pharmacy refuses to answer the on hold phone regularly. Today it was 54 minutes and still no answer, so called the front store desk and was talking to a pharmacy technician in less than a minute. THANK YOU FRONT DESK PERSONEL.

This pharmacy is horrendous with answering there phone. There has not been one time where I haven't waited 10 minutes or more just to speak to a pharmacy member

This is the worst CVS store in the area and I am Cvs Bann. They are routinely out of anything that is on sale. The pharmacy department never answers the phone. Every time I go there, out of convenience, I remind myself that I should never go there again.

Disregard for your needs!nnI was getting my medicine from the CVS Pharmacy and almost every single time I went to pick up, they replaced my medicine with a genric brand. I understand under PA law that is allowed, UNLESS YOU OR YOUR DOCTOR SAY ELSEWISE! Well, I instructed them, my doctor instructed them that I can only use the prescribed medicine and nothing else. And still, disregard for my wants/ needs.nnI was completely fed up with such disrespect. Absolutely terrible!
