Service was not great. They advertise breakfast, but it was not available when I came. Also, only decaf coffee given in the room and no toiletries. I understand the times we are in, but they shouldn't falsely advertise. It was a fine place for me and my dog to spend the night though.
They need to CLOSE this hotel for totally remodeling. The maintenance is very POOR!!! They changed my room due the bottom of the refrigerator was full of water, leaking water inside the furniture and the carpet was wet. The room price super high compared with their services. The manager in 10 days never was available.nI highly recommend THE LEGEND HOTEL AND CASINO, super clean and beautiful!!!!!! Their room price is lower and includes a wonderful buffet breakfast.
Nice clean comfortable rooms. The first room we were in the AC wasn't working but they moved us right away. For me personally the only bad thing about the hotel is that the bathrooms are crazy small. I'm talking like step in, around the toilet, close the door turn and sit to pee small.
We got 2 rooms and the room we was gonna rent was dirty beds was up the heater was blasting there was a bunch of stuff in it and the front desk lady was like them are the only rooms they have she's like I'll refund both the rooms she's like that's all they had. I dont believe that trying to get us to stay in a dirty room nope
Clean room, nice staff, Missing some amenities but that is due to the pandemic.
