I have to admit that I was not a big fan of the Rite Aid pharmacy for many months this year. I attributed their slowness and aloofness to them being short staffed...and the craziness of COVID, of course. I'm so happy I hung in there with them, because things have taken a major turn for the better. The gentleman at the register is ON POINT every single time I'm there and always amazed how he can remember my birthdate while others are requesting his attention. Keisha and Michelle have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND answering my many questions re: my new health insurance (which sadly, will be changing again soon) and my numerous pharmacy discount card questions. Today I spoke to Makenna who had great telephone skills and gave me advice on how to get my outdated prescription refilled faster.nRite Aid, thanks for kicking it up a notch. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

Honestly this is the slowest of all drive thrus in the Harrisburg area. I can have my prescription ready 4 days ahead of time and it will still not be filled and ready. Honestly disappointed

It seems like most of the time they don't have prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time. There have been several occasions when they don't have prescriptions ready and we have been told to come back the next day. Even though this is the closest rite aid to me. I am considering changing to a different rite aid or even another company.
