Quality Inn Sunnyside Heart Of Wine Country

The room was decent. Clean and comfortable beds. The wifi was spoty, but serviceable. What really made this 5 star was the girl behind the desk. She was friendly and helpful, and really made the experience.

Excellent customer service from the front desk (Bow) she was amazing! Let us do laundry when there dryer was down, gave us snacks when asked:)nnBeds are super comfy!

Standard type hotel with basic amenities. Close to interstate so some noise from that. Breakfast was a hit/miss, some days it was collected early. Not sure why the room wasn't cleaned during the day. The night person Erin was fabulous and very helpful. We did have sugar ants and asked for it to be taken care of the next day and it was not because we were told we needed to be there after the fact. At check out time I felt rushed. Its and ok place if you are just looking for a place to sleep and not spend the full day in the room.

Staff is great, the only problem, building is falling apart. And owners don't seem to care about there building or keeping it maintained, especially keeping there guest happy. The a/c didnt work, no table in room, and the towel wrack fell down. Everything was unplugged in room as well.

Great value and amazing staff!! I left my keys behind in the room. I was many miles away by the time I had noticed they were gone. When I called the hotel, the manager told me they had found them, and offered to send them to my home address. Thank you for going the extra mile! I greatly appreciate it! I will definitely stay at your hotel again in the future, and Quality Inn will be a brand I look for when booking a hotel stay.
