Refilled prescription over app over 4 days ago show up today November 1, 2020 and was told I have a additional 45 minute waite. Like 4 days wasn't enough time to fill my wife's prescription

I called at 9am to have a prescription filled for my son. I was told it would be no problem, they had it and to come at 11 to get it. I came at 11, to be told they didn't have the medicine and that I'd have to go somewhere else. Now I'm at the next rite aid, and I'm still waiting because they didn't transfer it right. Worst customer service I've ever had with rite aid. They should have called to let me know right away that they didn't have the medicine instead of making me wait.

My prescriptions always come up missing out of the system and when they do show it takes forever to fill. Customer service is poor and service is very slow
