Started out great! Called for an estimate they showed up within days of requesting a quote. I called back to schedule the work and their secretary put me on the schedule and said it would be a couple of weeks out. Well about 3 - 4 weeks later I called 3 times and left messages and none of my phone calls were returned. Knowing it was not an emergency but wanting to find out when they were coming out I contacted Hershel and he informed me they would come out the 12th. They didn’t end up showing up. I received a phone call right before 5 on the day they were supposed to have installed my gutters from Hershel letting me know that Brenda his secretary was sick and how she should have called me to let me know the day before that they weren’t going to come up. After letting him know I felt like it was very unprofessional he begins to tell me that I’m #26 of 300 people on the schedule. So I guess he doesn’t need my money. He wanted to come out the next day but I already had plans to not be in town. We ended up scheduling for Saturday but after talking with my husband we decided to cancel. If that’s how they do business who knows what the quality of their work is. After reading other reviews on Yelp. I’m thinking maybe they did me a favor.

We had a sudden massive leak from our gutters, into our basement AND we were about to close on our house. They came out ASAP to check on the problem and it was just a clogged down spout. I still requested a quote in case the new owners needed it. And even the quote was excellent! Great people - I would highly recommend them. And really appreciate them coming out so quickly.

These guys rock! A group of amazing professionals lead by an honest God fearing man. Wouldn't go anywhere else for roofing or gutters.

They never returned my call. Guess they don't need the work. I called another company.nBrenda called me after she saw my review. She said there was a death in the family and that was why she didn't call me right away. I apologized for the low review and I apologized to her in her difficult time. They will be out next week to do my estimate.

My name is Maylene Fisher and I hired Continuous Gutters at the referral of my boss and I couldn't be more happy with choosing them! Their service is truly superior and my gutters look amazing! This winter one section of my gutters came down with the harsh winter conditions and when I called Brenda, she was so helpful and got right on sending someone out to fix it. They made it right!
