Super friendly staff. They went above and beyond. My mom had to leave first thing in the morning (and take the car) to take my niece to treatment and wasn't going to be back to pick my other niece and I up until way after checkout time. Instead of us having to walk around for hours to pass time by they extended our checkout time by 2 hours for free and then let us hang out in the lobby until my mom came back to pick us up. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
Room was clean but didn't get the room I reserved and I paid more than my co worker for same room. Wont be going back. I canceled the remainder of my stay. Been there lots and loved it, but this experience ruined it for good. Not well managed. If this is how Wyndham treats their diamond members I'll start staying with choice.
This place appears nice on outside. Parking lot & rooms a drug central.
Nice view of the river and free ice...nnOur room felt cramped and spartan - the door of the room can't be opened while someone is standing at the sink.nnThey made even less effort with the hallways - they were small and entirely undecorated.nnThe to-go breakfasts (due to COVID-19) were tiny and clearly tasted like they'd been sitting in a freezer.
The river view was great. There were definitely some sketchy looking characters we saw. Against better judgement, we left the bikes on car rack overnight with thin lock. Came out in morning and the kid's bikes were stolen. The manager appeared concerned but made no real effort to help us (like promising to review security camera footage). Decent place but be very careful with belongings.
