Hands down the best motel 6 experience I have ever had. They actually asked if we wanted top or bottom floors. They waited til about 1055 to knock about housekeeping. The interior was super nice and modern. It was very clean. The toilet clogged but that happens at literally every single motel 6. Wish they supplied plungers. Also super affordable. I did hear big trucks in the morning and people talking in front of the windows but not obnoxious.

1st full night's sleep in a few. Quieter here (but still a busy residence scene) and Mgr kindly focused a video cam on my loaded van. His report: the local homeless(there are many) don't break into cars, but they will grab bikes that are strapped onto outside racks. Pretty trees around perimeter. Dogwalk areas are few and small, but they're grassy.

Great value, clean and modern rooms. Staff is polite and helpful. Quiet and peaceful. Lobby is closed due to Covid.

Smoke detector was covered when entering the room. Hotel staff blamed us and tried to charge us. Beware! Use a cash app credit card that you can put a certain amount of money on and make it to where no one can charge over that amount... Or else they'll come up with a bogus charge and take money from you. Take pictures like we did when you leave, and whatever they say you broke but didn't, (in our case a telivision) you'll be golden because you'll have your own proof. And don't expect corporate to do anything at all, they just give you a case number and tell you they can't take care of it, it's the property managers responsibility, and you basically have to get lucky because the property owner is never around and was impossible to get in contact with, and I believe this was done on purpose. Stay away from here!

Nice rooms, great price. But they let homeless people hang around the property.
