Great front end staff.. Kim was awesome very personable
Clean rooms. Hot tub way to hot. Pool is a little small but temp was good.
Not the best hotel but good for a long term stay. The gym has multiple treadmills an elliptical and some free weights. It was just large enough to get a decent workout in. The pool was fairly small and didn't go past 4ft so I didn't bother swimming. The rooms were clean and I really liked the ability to hook up to Netflix through the TV or enjoy other online apps. It made the time in the room more bearable. The staff was extremely nice and the fresh fruit for breakfast daily was very good! The shower had good power and got hot decently fast. The toilet paper could have been better but it was tolerable. I didn't have any problems with my valuables in the room and felt comfortable in the area. Close to downtown and plenty of restaurants in the area but not many open late. I would definitely stay here again.
Called to book a room and they said if I live in Yakima I can’t get a room they don’t rent to coronavirus people and only if I’m from out of I can get a room so I would say never go there
What a great place to stay! Our room was immaculate! The best part of our stay was Claudia! She was so helpful! Our breakfast was great too!
