These pictures look nice but since the new company took over there is NO on site manager, the grounds are not maintained, they have closed the community center (no laundry facilities) and the managers have been selling units to families (lots of unruly children, and unleashed animals)!!!
I was visiting a friend of a friend and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was especially for its location and the proximity of the units. Since they are all unique, I cant really speak to the mobile homes themselves but for a park with older units, it appeared well maintained and clean.
Current Management has no knowledge of how to run a park, has ZERO amenities and space rent is higher than any other park in Yakima County, don't consider this park, run I tell ya, RUN!
It is a nice little community very friendly people and affordable housing
55 yrs and older. Mostly quiet mobile home and RV park
