Be very careful if you are looking at buying one of their homes here. I paid $40,000 for the home seen on this site it was on virgin lot. I made $15,000 of improvements and when the home was paid off they acknowledge it was paid off but after 18 months + they still refuse to give my title to me. According to the yakima county treasure and auditors office since they never did a title transfer i do not own it even tho they have forced me to pay their property taxes the past 12 years. Also refusing to do the title transfer the county of Yakima has been cheated out of the excise tax and the retail sales taxes . many problems have lead to legal action.They ignore tenants questions and are not always truthful. When raising lot rent cost their notices state the change is in conformity with and is authorized by the laws of the state of Washington. I have every corrected their practices providing the owner and management team with the Rcw #s. Because my lease with them is a 17 month lease they were always in violation of our signed contract which for several other legal issues have lead to legal matters now. Proceed with caution.
What a maze trying to find the homes in the dark.The map on front as you drive in hard to read the numbers. Very disorganized mobile home park I deliver pizza here
Place is well kept. Family members live there and they are happy there
Seemed like all of the residents are very nice
