I drive by every day and it seems to be a clean and well taken care of trailer court. You must be careful when driving by. People pull right out onto the highway with out looking

Living out away from town was nice. But the neighbors were nosey. The road to Pullman was not cared for at all when it snows.

Nice, quiet. The manager isn't very available, but otherwise, it's a great place. I have to mention that internet options are limited here. Also, only Sprint, Verizon, and Ting cell phones get service. The peaceful hills have a downside.

Sunset courts quality has been on a steady decline since I moved here. The lot rent has steadily risen from 235$ to 250. Even though they claim that this is a dog free park everyone here has dogs and they're always barking and running through your yard off leashes. Management does not seemed concerned with these problems and they wont allow fences to keep dogs off of your property.

Neighbor s keep to themself's for the most part and the ones who associate are friends very clean everyone dose maintenance they seem to respect eachpther
