Terrace Estates Mobile Park

I live here so I deal with it on a regular basis. A lot of trailer gossip. I guess when you live so close to others that is to be expected.

I would give o stars if I could Jack keeps upping the tent saying that it's for improvements to the park but the main road is so bad its ruining numerous vehicles!! On top of that he had a trailer move in and was watching as the trailer was backing up smashed into someone's shed with all of the person's belongings where in there it's been 3 days and still sitting there. Awful management!!!

Poor driveway a lot of pot holes keeps raising lot rent with no improvements made

Didn't realize it was under the new airports air traffic pattern... WHOOOM every couple of hours.... Awesome, no wonder the rent is 50 dollars less than the rest of town....

This park has sure improved over the last year!! That new maintenance guy is great. And his amazing wife...I saw her a few weeks ago picking up the trash along the parks roads!!! What a difference!! Keep up the good workud83dudc4d
