I found this as a two stars because overall the place was nice in all but then it comes to the bathrooms. The mirror is aiming straight to the shower which doesn’t have a curtain. It is a clear door. When i put my finger onto the mirror there is a green glare on my finger and it has a space meaning someone may be spying on you from the other side of the mirror. Definitely not showering inside of this hotel.

Room was very nice. I appreciated the plates, utensils, full-on coffee maker and hair products. I wish they offered additional pillows, blow-dryer and lotion.

Room was nice but it was obvious that the hotel was understaffed. Housekeeping missed several things in the room prior to use checking in including emptying clean dishes from the dishwasher, removing socks found in the closet, and supplying bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Inside the sofa there were crumbs. Several things were dusty. Shower floors were stained. Just not paying attention to details. When I went to the front desk for bedding and a towel (only 2 supplied and there were three of us), the person at the front desk was trying to keep up with laundry, checking in guests, answering phones and taking care of guests. Everyone working was nice, but they just needed more help.

The room was NOT CLEAN. We are in a pandemic and there was a clogged toilet and huge BM in it when we arrived. This is a major biohazard and we are IN A PANDEMIC! EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. We left immediately and found another place to spend the next 3 nights. They just lost a loyal customer. so gross...
